In addition to our technical advice, we offer our clients the convenience of engaging our project management services. In this role we are able to extend the design team and coordinate input from architects, heritage consultants, quantity surveyors or building engineers. We liaise regularly with our clients on matters relating to budget. We can manage competitive tenders on behalf of our clients and provide guidance on the most appropriate procurement methods and processes to suit their individual needs. We identify ourselves as a single point of contact for the team and take responsibility for the timely delivery of the project.
Our proven understanding of the broader building design process is underpinned by Mark Hanson’s prior experience with a leading international engineering firm where, as part of undertaking acoustical design work, he was responsible for project managing multi-disciplinary teams of engineers and specialists.
